Description

Use bacon or prosciutto for this meal. As cod cooks quick on the pan, so use thin bacon slices. No salt is needed, because of bacon.

Ingredients
  • 200 g cod (2 steaks)
  • 50 g bacon (4 slices)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Season fish with dry oregano.

  2. Wrap each piece of fish into 2 slices of bacon.

  3. Fry cod on the pan with olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with salad.
