Description

The best thing is that baking is taking not much time. And in a few simple steps, you'll have a delicious meal for family lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken wings
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dry garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For sauce:
  • 1 ripe avocado (stoned, peeled)
  • 2-3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Mix chicken wings with spices and olive oil.

  3. Place them on a baking tray with parchment, leaving enough space between.

  4. Bake it for 30 minutes.

  5. Flip them on the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor.
