Description

Ingredients
  • 600 g mackerel (about 2 mackerels, cleaned, with head)
  • small bunch of fresh dill
  • 1/2 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Season fish in and out with salt and pepper.

  2. Make cuts on one top side of the fish.

  3. Transfer to a baking tray.

  4. Place 1/2 bunch of dill and 3-4 lemon slices into each fish belly.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.

  6. Serve with fresh salad and lemon slices.
