This simple dish is super tasty. Use a whole piece of salmon to let the flavours show up.
Salmon with capers and olives are made for each other. Sprinkle some lemon juice to balance the flavour. Serve it with any side dishes or on its own.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Mix olive oil, capers, olives, and lemon juice.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish on a baking dish.
Add onions, and tomatoes and season it with salt and pepper.
Place lemon slices on top of the fish and spread the caper mixture. Bake it for 20-22 minutes.
