This is super speedy and tasty meal for breakfast.
I love banana pancakes as they don't require any additional sugar. These are so filling and are ready in about 10 minutes. Best served with fresh fruits for more fibre.
Preheat the pan with oil to medium heat.
Mix all the ingredients for pancakes in a bowl, except oil.
Fry pancakes for 1-2 minutes per side.
When ready serve with fruits, honey and more soured cream if desired.
