Description

I love banana pancakes as they don't require any additional sugar. These are so filling and are ready in about 10 minutes. Best served with fresh fruits for more fibre.  

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled, smashed)
  • 1 tbsp soured cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 100 g self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with oil to medium heat.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for pancakes in a bowl, except oil.

  3. Fry pancakes for 1-2 minutes per side.

  4. When ready serve with fruits, honey and more soured cream if desired.
