Ingredients
  • 250 g beef steak
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 150 g bell pepper (red and green) (deseeded and thinly sliced)
  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp wholgrain mustard
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil to high.

  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Leave it aside for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Fry the beef steak to your desired readiness.

  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for dressing.

  5. When the steak is ready set it aside on the plate for 5-10 minutes. Then slice it thinly.

  6. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients for the salad and top with dressing, mix it gently. Plate it and enjoy!
