Description

This mushroom butter is perfect to serve with steak.

Ingredients
  • 2 beef steaks (about 400 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes (for serving)
  • 50 g green salad leaves (for serving)
  • For mushroom butter:
  • 100 g mushrooms (halved)
  • 1/2 white onion (chopped)
  • 50 g butter (soft)
  • small bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Place onion, mushrooms and parsley into a food processor and process until finely chopped. Then put it into a small bowl and add butter, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and put it in the fridge to set.

  2. Meanwhile cook steak to your liking, along with tomatoes.

  3. When all ready, serve warm steak with butter on top, some tomatoes, and green leave salad. And enjoy!
