Delicious and easy blueberry tart for every day.
This pie has a yummy shortbread base filled with blueberries and sour cream mixture. It tastes like cheesecake, but it is so simple. Perfect for any day.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the base. Form the dough ball and wrap it in the cling film. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the filling except blueberries.
Take out the dough from the fridge and spread it in the 26 cm diameter round baking dish, making sides as for tart.
Spread blueberries in the dough base and pour over the sour cream mixture.
Bake it for 30-35 minutes. When ready the centre should be jiggly but not runny.
Let cool down completely and serve.
