Waffles for breakfast or any other meal is an amazing idea. I like to serve these savoury waffles with some fried eggs and vegetables to make it really satisfying and extra add some fibre and vitamins.
Preheat your waffle maker. Spray with some coconut or olive oil.
In a bowl mix all ingredients until well combined.
Bake waffles until golden brown.
Meanwhile, fry eggs and cut some vegetables to serve alongside them.
Serve warm and enjoy!
