Description

Waffles for breakfast or any other meal is an amazing idea. I like to serve these savoury waffles with some fried eggs and vegetables to make it really satisfying and extra add some fibre and vitamins.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g butter (melted)
  • 50 g cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 70 g cottage cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat your waffle maker. Spray with some coconut or olive oil.

  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Bake waffles until golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile, fry eggs and cut some vegetables to serve alongside them.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
