Description

This is the perfect healthy and tasty lunch or dinner option.

Ingredients
  • 300 g turkey mince
  • 50 g lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
  • 50 g onion (halve sliced, halve diced)
  • 50 g plum tomatoes (sliced)
  • 3 gherkins (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the sauce:
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp dry garlic
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil on medium heat and fry onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Then add the mince, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Next mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

  4. Next layer lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bowl, then tomatoes, gherkins, onion, and top with the cooked mince.

  5. On top drizzle some sauce and serve.
