Preheat the pan with olive oil and cook mushrooms for about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove mushrooms from the pan and add 1 tbsp butter, onion and chilli pepper, cook them for 2-3 minutes.
Then add chicken and cook it for 3-5 minutes, constantly stirring.
Next add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook together for 1-2 minutes.
Cook your polenta according to a package. Usually, it is 1:3, polenta to salted boiling water. Cook for 5-15 minutes, then add the rest of the butter and it is ready.
Serve chicken with mushrooms on top of the polenta and add some dry chilli pepper flakes on top.
