Description

This meal offers a satisfying balance of flavours and textures, combining the freshness of the greens, the creaminess of the dressing, and the hearty protein of the chicken. It's perfect for a light yet filling lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  • 150 g chicken fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • For the salad:
  • 50 g green salad leaves
  • 1/2 small avocado (diced)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • For the dressing:
  • 50 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken fillet with spices and 1 tbsp olive oil for 15-30 minutes.

  2. Cook the chicken fillet on the pan on medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil for 5 -7 minutes per side.

  3. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for dressing until well combined.

  4. Place the salad leaves on the bottom of the plate, then add the sliced chicken fillet and top with the dressing. Gently mix and enjoy!
