This is a super easy and tasty salad.
This will be the perfect balanced meal for any day.
Preheat the pan with 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat and add 2 sliced garlic cloves. Fry until golden brown, then set aside to cool down.
Remove the garlic from the pan and pour the oil into the small jar.
Then add to it 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and shake the jar until the oil is emulsified.
Then into a bowl add all the vegetables, and cooked chicken pour the dressing on top, mix it gently, next add an egg and enjoy!
