Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken thighs
  • 1 leek (sliced thinly)
  • 1 carrot (peeled and sliced thinly)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 150 g soured cream
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 100 ml water or chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium-high heat.

  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Brown chicken on a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Then remove it to the plate.

  4. Add leeks, carrot and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until soft.

  5. Next add water, mustard and soured cream. Stir until it all is well combined.

  6. Add chicken thighs, season them with salt and pepper, and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
