Delicious sugar-free chocolate dessert with a velvety texture.
This recipe involves only a few ingredients and 10 minutes. It has an amazingly rich texture and it is sugar-free. For this recipe, it is better to use chocolate with 70 % cocoa solids, so we get that perfect result.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over the pan with boiling water. The bottom of the bowl shouldn't touch the water.
Remove from the heat the bowl and add mascarpone, cream, vanilla and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture between six glasses and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix cream and mascarpone for decoration.
Then decorate with cream and mascarpone mixture and shave chocolate on top.
