This flaky fish is amazing in combination with cheese and mustard. And the best thing is that it is ready in 20 minutes. While fish is baking make a salad to go with it.
This baked cod is super succulent and tasty. Simply top seasoned fish with tomato and cheese, bake for 15 minutes and you’ll have dinner in minutes. Bon appetit everyone!
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix cheese, parsley and wholegrain mustard.
Next season fish with salt and pepper on both sides, and squeeze some lemon juice.
Place fish fillets in the baking tray.
Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese and mustard mixture.
Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180 C until fish is cooked through and cheese melted.
Serve with salad.
