Description

I make waffles at least once a week. And try a different combination. So this one is so good that everyone likes it.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 20 g butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g self-rising flour
  • For yoghurt:
  • 100 g plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas (for serving)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the waffle maker.

  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the waffle batter.

  3. Bake waffles until golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for vanilla yoghurt apart from bananas.

  5. Preheat the frying pan to medium heat, add honey and fry bananas for 1-2 minutes per side.

  6. Serve waffles warm with yoghurt and bananas on the side.
