Simply delicious homemade waffles.
I make waffles at least once a week. And try a different combination. So this one is so good that everyone likes it.
Preheat the waffle maker.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the waffle batter.
Bake waffles until golden brown.
Meanwhile in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for vanilla yoghurt apart from bananas.
Preheat the frying pan to medium heat, add honey and fry bananas for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve waffles warm with yoghurt and bananas on the side.
