In these waffles, we have an amazing combination of courgette, dill and cheese. Perfectly paired with some poached eggs, cherry tomatoes and buttered asparagus they make really satisfying breakfast.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the waffles.
Bake waffles in a waffle maker for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with poached eggs, cherry tomatoes and buttered asparagus on the side.
