Delicious fritters for a quick breakfast.
These fritters are full of flavour, soft and delicious.
Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium heat.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for fritters.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for sauce.
Put about 2 tablespoons of ritter mixture on the pan and form in a circle. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and flip it to another side. Fry for another 1-2 minutes. Keep up with all the fritter mixture.
When all done serve with a sauce and enjoy!
