Creamy Chicken with Bacon and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Description

Chicken breast fillet cooked to perfection in a creamy sauce is family favourite, goes with favourite sides and cooks fast.

Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (thinly sliced)
  • 100 g bacon (thinly sliced)
  • 300 ml single cream
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Fry chicken fillet in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

  2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Remove it from the pan on the plate and fry bacon for 4-5 minutes on the pan.

  4. Then add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Next, add a single cream, and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Return chicken fillets to the pan and cook for another 4-5 minutes on low heat.

  7. And enjoy!
