Super simple and quick dinner recipe.
Salmon is great for dinner. It takes minutes to cook it. But in his meal, we add more goodness and healthy ingredients. Spinach and tomatoes are great sources of fibre, vitamins and minerals. Along with salmon as a protein, they make scrumptious dinners.
Fry salmon fillet on a pan on medium heat with oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove salmon from the pan on a plate and set aside.
Then fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and spinach, and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are soft and spinach wilted.
Add chilli flakes and single cream.
Season with salt and return fish. Cook for 1-2 minutes more and serve.
