Description

I love easy and quick recipes for lunch or dinner. Especially if it is healthy, balanced and filling. So this recipe is a perfect match.

Ingredients
  • 400 g seafood (defrosted)
  • 400 g courgette (cutted with spiralizer)
  • 1 white onion (finelly chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 chilli pepper (minced)
  • 100 ml single cream
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium heat.

  2. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add garlic and chilli pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. Next, add seafood and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Then add single cream and cook for 1-2 minutes, after that add courgette noodles, season with salt and pepper and cook for for 1-2 minutes.

  5. When ready, serve and enjoy!
