This is a simple and fast steak recipe with amazing taste.
I like turkey steaks because they are lean. But to make them flavourful and tender, I like to cook them in under 10 minutes on the pan with garlic lemon butter. So it is perfect for dinner with any side dish you like. I like to have it with green beans and fresh salad for a low carb version.
Season the fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fry it for 3-4 minutes on a pan with olive oil on medium heat, turn and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the fillet from the pan.
Then melt butter and then add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice and cook for another 1 minute.
Add chilli flakes and simmer for 1 minute on low heat.
Return steaks and reheat them with garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
