Garlic Lemon Butter Turkey Steak

Description

I like turkey steaks because they are lean. But to make them flavourful and tender, I like to cook them in under 10 minutes on the pan with garlic lemon butter. So it is perfect for dinner with any side dish you like. I like to have it with green beans and fresh salad for a low carb version.

Ingredients
  • 300 g tyrkey breast fillet
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Season the fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Fry it for 3-4 minutes on a pan with olive oil on medium heat, turn and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove the fillet from the pan.

  4. Then melt butter and then add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  5. Add lemon juice and cook for another 1 minute.

  6. Add chilli flakes and simmer for 1 minute on low heat.

  7. Return steaks and reheat them with garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
