Description

This chicken salad is full of flavour, packed with protein and vegetables. Delicious juicy chicken combined with crunchy vegetables and garlic dressing makes it balanced lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet
  • 50 g radish (sliced)
  • 50 g cuccumber (sliced)
  • For marinade:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt (to taste)
  • For dressing:
  • 100 g soured cream
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemoon juice
  • salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken breast in a bowl for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat the grill pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium heat and cook chicken breast for 6-7 minutes per side.

  3. When ready let it relax on a plate for 5 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, place salad leaves in the bowl, add radish, and cucumber, then add sliced chicken fillet and top with dressing. Enjoy!
