This chicken salad is full of flavour, packed with protein and vegetables. Delicious juicy chicken combined with crunchy vegetables and garlic dressing makes it balanced lunch or dinner.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken breast in a bowl for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium heat and cook chicken breast for 6-7 minutes per side.
When ready let it relax on a plate for 5 minutes.
