This is a super easy and quick idea for lunch or dinner.
In this recipe, I use lean turkey mince, which is a great source of protein and it cooks very quickly. Chop some crunchy vegetables for salad, while meatballs are cooking, and it all will be done in a very short time.
Preheat the grill.
In a food processor mix all the ingredients for meatballs and process for 1-2 minutes.
Set the mince mix in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Form meatballs from the mince mixture and put them on the bamboo sticks.
Sprinkle grill with olive oil and grill meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side, turn 3-4 times.
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the salad in the bowl.
When ready serve on the lettuce leaves with pitta bread if you wish.
