Description

This is perfect for busy days, as it takes minutes to prepare and bake this pizza.

Ingredients
  • 70 g cottafe cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 g self-rising flour
  • For toppings:
  • 50 g prosciutto (sliced)
  • 100 g mozzarella (torn into pieces)
  • fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 230 C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the pizza dough in a bowl.

  3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out the circles about 3-4 cm thick.

  4. Place the dough on the baking tray, and top it with tomato sauce and cheese.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. When ready, add prosciutto and fresh basil leaves, some drizzle of olive oil and enjoy.
