Description

Making homemade granola is easy and it takes minutes to prepare and minutes to bake if it is a small batch. And paired with Greek yoghurt and incredible honey cinnamon plums males perfect breakfast.

Ingredients
    For the granola:
  • 50 g mix nuts (chopped)
  • 50 g jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • For honey cinnamon plums:
  • 150 g plums (stoned, sliced)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Serve with plain Greek Yoghurt.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for a granola in a bowl.

  3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes. When ready let it cool down.

  5. Meanwhile, in a pan mix ingredients for honey cinnamon plums. Cook the plums on medium heat until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool down a bit when ready.

  6. On a plate layer Greek yoghurt, add on top granola and plums and enjoy!
