Making homemade granola is easy and it takes minutes to prepare and minutes to bake if it is a small batch. And paired with Greek yoghurt and incredible honey cinnamon plums males perfect breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Mix all the ingredients for a granola in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 4-5 minutes. When ready let it cool down.
Meanwhile, in a pan mix ingredients for honey cinnamon plums. Cook the plums on medium heat until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool down a bit when ready.
On a plate layer Greek yoghurt, add on top granola and plums and enjoy!
