Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
  1. In a pan with olive oil on medium heat add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Then add zucchini and tomatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
