Delicious and juicy prawns are perfect for quick meals.
I like to use the biggest prawns that I can find. In this recipe for great flavour, we have some citrusy notes from limes and a spicy kick from chilli flakes and it is a winning combination. Serve it with salad for low carb option or other sides of your choice.
To the bowl with prawns add lime juice, paprika, chilli pepper, salt, hot sauce, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir it well and leave for 15 minutes to marinate.
Preheat the pan to high heat and add 1 tbsp each olive oil and butter.
Add prawns and fry for 1-2 minutes, until they turn pink. Then flip each prawn and fry for 1 minute.
Next, add garlic and toss prawns a bit, cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve with some more hot sauce, fresh parsley and your favourite sides and enjoy!
