Healthy and filling breakfast in minutes.
Eggs make easy and quick breakfasts. In this meal, I like to add some amazing toppings to make it even tastier and satisfying.
Preheat the pan with olive oil on medium heat. Saute peppers for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove peppers from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
Fry eggs in a pan on medium heat, stirring frequently for about 2-3 minutes. Until eggs are set, but not overcooked.
Then on a wrap spread some soured cream, add peppers, eggs, green onion, and jalapeno peppers, then top with some soured cream and parsley.
Serve while warm and enjoy with some fresh salad on the side.
