Description

I love fish dinners, as they are quick, simple, healthy and nutritious. This sea bass is served with polenta for fibre and edamame beans for more protein. 

Ingredients
  • 300 g sea bass fillet (bonned)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g edemame beans
  • 50 g polenta
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp chilli pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the packaging.

  2. When ready add 20 g butter and mix it, let sit aside.

  3. Mix the butter with lemon juice, zest, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt, until well combined, put in the fridge to set.

  4. Preheat the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium heat.

  5. Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.

  6. Fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. When all ready, serve and enjoy!
