Delicious and quick weeknight dinner with fish and veggies. In about 15 minutes is ready to be served.
For me fish is a great source go healthy protein. And usually, I like to serve with some green veggies. Good thing is that fish and veggies can be cooked at the same time, so dinner will take a bit of time. And I would say that it is eaten about as quick as cooked.
Season fish with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fry fish fillet on the pan on medium heat skin down first for 2-3 minutes. Flip it and fry for 1-2 minutes more. Then remove from the pan.
Cook asparagus and broccoli florets in salted water for 5-6 minutes.
Meanwhile mix butter, dill, and garlic and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
