Description

For me fish is a great source go healthy protein. And usually, I like to serve with some green veggies. Good thing is that fish and veggies can be cooked at the same time, so dinner will take a bit of time. And I would say that it is eaten about as quick as cooked.

Ingredients
  • 250 g sea bass (boneless)
  • 100 g asparagus
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp butter (soft)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Season fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Fry fish fillet on the pan on medium heat skin down first for 2-3 minutes. Flip it and fry for 1-2 minutes more. Then remove from the pan.

  3. Cook asparagus and broccoli florets in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile mix butter, dill, and garlic and season it with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve warm.
