This is such a great salad with the perfect flavour combination.
Place the peppers on the baking sheet.
Grill for 15 minutes on high.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the packaging.
Place peppers in a bowl and cover with cling film for 10 minutes. Then peel them and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Next in a small jar mix all the ingredients for the dressing and shake it until well combined.
Then drain the pasta and add it to the bowl.
Add to the bowl cooked chicken and peppers and pour over the dressing, gently mix it and plate. Enjoy!
