Description

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp cress salad
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pita bread (warmed or toasted, halved)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mash the eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients, except pita, and mix until well combined. 

  2. Fill halves of the pita with egg salad and serve with some sliced tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado and enjoy!
