Description

I like to cook grilled meat and vegetables all year round. The combination may vary, depending on season and personal preferences. But grilled meals have a special taste and flavour, even if cooked indoors. To get tender, succulent meat marinates it for 30 minutes or up to overnight.

Ingredients
  • 200 g pork fillet (cuted to bite sized pieces)
  • 1 white onion (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1 tsp dry garlic
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • For vegetables:
  • 1/2 courgette (sliced, 1 cm thick)
  • 1 bell pepper (cuted to bite sized pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 white onion (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Instruction

    Marinate meat with onion, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and olive oil for 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Marinate vegetables with salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil for 30 minutes before grilling.

  3. Using bamboo skewers stick meat and veggies.

  4. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Enjoy!
