I like to cook grilled meat and vegetables all year round. The combination may vary, depending on season and personal preferences. But grilled meals have a special taste and flavour, even if cooked indoors. To get tender, succulent meat marinates it for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Marinate meat with onion, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and olive oil for 1 hour or overnight.
Marinate vegetables with salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil for 30 minutes before grilling.
Using bamboo skewers stick meat and veggies.
Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side.
