Description

In this salad, we have all the best ingredients. Crunchy salad leaves, meaty prawns and juicy nectarines make this salad tasty, filling and bright. The taste buds are surprised with textures and taste. This meal is a great option for a light dinner.

Ingredients
  • 100 g raw prawns
  • 1 nectarine (sliced)
  • 10 mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 avocado (cubed)
  • 100 salad mix
  • Ingredients for marinade/dressing:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 chilli pepper (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients for marinade/dressing.

  2. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the bowl with prawns and marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Grill prawns and nectarines for 1-2 minutes per side.

  4. Plate salad leaves, prawns, nectarines, mozzarella and avocado and pour dressing on top.
