These stuffed with prawns mushrooms are cooked in under 30 minutes. This is such a delicious combination. In addition in this recipe for stuffing, I used chopped vegetables and parsley. Use large mushrooms in this recipe, like portobello, so you'll get the complete meal.
First cut off mushroom stems.
Put mushroom stems into the food processor along with garlic, chopped bell pepper, and parsley. Process for 20 seconds.
Chop prawns into small pieces. Mix in the bawl prawns, chopped vegetables and butter, dry chilli flakes and salt.
Stuff the mushrooms and bake them for 15 minutes at 180 C.
Then add cheese on top and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
