This is such an amazing way to enjoy salmon.
I love salmon as it is a healthy source of protein, omega-3 fats and other nutrients, and it cooks in minutes.
Preheat the pan with oil to medium heat.
Add green onion and chilli pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add garlic and ginger, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Then add salmon, cook for 2-3 minutes, and cook them for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Next, add eggs, and season with salt to taste, cook them for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then add rice, and soy sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes, to let all the flavours combine.
Serve warm with some seaweed and soy sauce.
