This creamy salmon and dill sauce goes perfectly with fettuccine.
A combination of salmon and dill is a classic. In this case, single cream does its magic and tights together all the ingredients into a delicious meal.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Place salmon fillets onto a baking tray and season them with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Next add single cream, dill, cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Then add to the sauce cooked fettuccine and baked and flaked salmon, stir gently and simmer for 1 minute, to allow the flavours to combine.
And serve!
