Description

Salmon cooks very quickly, so it is great when there is no time for standing in the kitchen. And until it is in the oven we can make some green beans for a side and delicious horseradish sauce. Easy, healthy and tasty lunch or dinner is ready in a few simple steps.

Ingredients
  • 500 g salmon fillet (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 500 g green beans (frozen or fresh)
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 lemon slices
  • For horseradish sauce:
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 5 cornichons (chopped finely)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Place salmon fillets on the baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Season each with salt and pepper and top with lemon slice.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, cook green beans in a pan with salted water for about 7-8 minutes. When ready drain the beans and add butter to the pot, gently stir.

  6. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Set it aside.

  7. Serve salmon topped with the sauce and green beans on the side.
