An amazing and delicious way to cook your pasta.
An amazing tomato sauce with some bacon served with spaghetti is always a great meal idea.
Preheat the pan to medium heat and fry bacon until crispy.
Remove bacon from the pan and set aside.
On a pan with olive oil on medium heat cook onion, garlic and chilli for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add tomatoes, and tomato passata and cook for another 10-15 minutes until soft.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to the instructions.
When tomatoes are soft, add bacon and parmesan to the pan season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
When the spaghetties are ready add the to the pan with sauce and gently stir.
Then serve with some fresh basil and enjoy!
