This is a nutritious and warming soup for colder days. Few simple ingredients and steps and in 30 minutes lunch or dinner is ready.
Preheat a pan with olive oil to medium heat and add onion, carrot and celery, cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Next, add chicken fillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add spices, tomato puree, salt and water and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat with lid on.
Next, add beans and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
When ready serve with fresh herbs and bread of your choice.
