Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Cook bell peppers in boiled water for about 5 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down a bit.
On a pan with olive oil on medium heat cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, until pale pink.
Remove chicken from the pan on a plate and set aside.
Then on a pan saute onion for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and chilli pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add cor, return to the pan chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat and add half of the cheese.
Next, stuff the peppers with the filling, place them on the baking dish and top each with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
When ready, serve with a salad on the side and enjoy.
