Description

The classic combination of wings and potato wedges goes so well with delicious ranch dip. And the most important fact is that it is really easy to make it all at home.

Ingredients
    For spicy wings:
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • tsp salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For potato wedges:
  • 1 kg potatoes (washed, dried, cuted into wedges)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
  • For ranch dip:
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp dill (finelly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (finelly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (finelly chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce ((optional))
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.

  2. In the bowl with pat dried wings add all the spices and oil and mix thoroughly to cover the wings with spices well.

  3. In the bowl with potato wedges add all the spices, and oil and mix well with your hands.

  4. Spread the wings and potato on separate baking sheets and then bake it for 1 hour. Turn the wings halfway.

  5. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for ranch dip and let it chill in the fridge.

  6. When all is ready, serve it while hot and enjoy.
