This is super tasty pasta for lunch or dinner.
These spicy tomato prawns are perfect as a sauce for pasta.
Preheat the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium heat.
Add onion, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, chilli pepper, 100 ml water and cook for 10 minutes until soft, then add chilli flakes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packaging.
Then blend the tomato sauce in a blender until smooth.
Next on a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil cook prawns for 1 minute per side.
Then add the blended sauce, cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
Plate it and enjoy!
