Description

This is the perfect option for a healthy lunch or dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 300 g seafood mix
  • 300 g tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 chilli pepper (finelly chopped)
  • 50 g dry pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium heat.

  2. Add onions, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add garlic, and cook for about 1 minute.

  3. Next, add tomatoes, and chilli peppers and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging.

  5. Then add tomato puree to the pan with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and add water from the spaghetti. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Next, add the spaghetti to the sauce, gently mix it and serve. Enjoy!
