Quick and delicious breakfast.
I like banana pancakes as they don't require sugar. In this case, I added some chopped strawberries to make them even better.
Preheat the pan to medium-low heat with 1 tbsp olive oil .
Mix all the ingredients for pancakes in a bowl until well combined.
Fry pancakes for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
When ready, serve with some more strawberries, raspberries and some honey.
