Description

For this recipe, I like to use cooked prawns, so I can skip prepping them. It is ready in minutes. Simply mix prepared ingredients, let them sit for 5 minutes and enjoy. I like to serve it either with lettuce leaves or crusty toasted bread. It is incredible!

Ingredients
  • 150 g cooked prawns
  • 1 tbsp soured cream
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
  • cress salad (for serving)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Serve on toasted rye bread or lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Note

In this recipe add salt to your taste. I skipped salt as the mayo has anough saltines.
