Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium-high and add potatoes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add onion, and bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Then add chicken, green peas, parsley, and eggs, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 C.
Serve warm with salad, olives and tomatoes on the side. Enjoy!
