Ingredients
  • 150 g canned tuna in water (drained)
  • 100 g dry pasta
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 50 g English cucumber (sliced)
  • 50 g iceberg lettuce (chopped)
  • 50 g canned sweet corn (drained)
  • 20 g white onion (finely chopped)
  • handful fresh parsley (chopped)
  • For the dressing:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on packaging.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl, util well combined.

  3. In a bowl add all the ingredients, top with the dressing, gently mix it. Divide between two plates and enjoy!
